About Me!
I started teaching 6th grade in 2000! It's the BEST grade. I also supervise Yearbook and am a WEB coordinator. I love being a DMS Eagle and part of the USD community. I was born in El Paso, TX, grew up in St. Louis, MO, went to college in Portland, OR, and received my teaching credential in New Orleans, LA. My husband grew up in San Jose, which is why we settled here in 2002. We have two teen sons, and we love to hike, camp, ski, travel, and spend time with my family in New Mexico and Denmark. More things I love: my cats, reading, National Parks (especially Yosemite), Halloween, baseball, photography, Disney, Monterey Bay, my nieces and nephews, and mashed potatoes! Need to contact me?
